In order to offer you a better quality of service, we have equipped a room dedicated to cooking classes, a room with workstations and video monitors that will allow you to follow our chef’s recipes step by step, just like in a real kitchen.
The chef will show all the phases and tricks to prepare traditional Sicilian dishes, from bruschetta to fresh handmade pasta, from sauces to ricotta cheese desserts typical of the local tradition.
We will warmly welcome you with a DOC Etna sparkling wine accompanied by a tasting of local products; at the end of the lesson we will taste all the preparations together, sampling the famous Etna wines. A nice gift will be offered to remember the fantastic experience at the Santoro Cooking Class. Classes will be given in several languages and will be taught by our chef or by a local housewife specialising in regional cuisine.
